Golden Gymnastics Rules and Policies General:

Proper Gym Attire

Participants must wear appropriate attire; it is recommended that girls wear a leotard and boys wear gym shorts, or gym pants and a T-shirt. No hoodies, loose, baggy clothing, jewelry, watches, activity trackers, footed tights, crop tops, socks or gum is allowed. Hair should be pulled back and secured away from the face.

Closures

Golden Gymnastics will always be open, except in the event of severe weather, power loss, major holiday, or special occasion. Please refer to our calendar and whiteboard for specific closures. In the event of severe weather please call or visit us online; a recorded message or statement will be posted with details. If Golden Gymnastics must close other than scheduled closures, make-up will be offered to the best of the gym’s ability for recreation classes. In the event a makeup cannot be accommodated then a credit to your gym account will be offered. No cash refunds will be given, only future credit.

Makeup Classes

Golden Gymnastics will do its best to accommodate your needs if you miss a non-competitive program class. If you miss a class, please speak with the front desk to see when makeup may be available in another class. Make up is done by reservation only. No drop-in makeup is allowed. Golden Gymnastics offers 1 make-up class per month for missed classes, make-up classes must be done during the current month enrolled. Competitive Teams are not eligible for the makeup policy.

Viewing of Classes

Parents are not allowed on the floor at any time! Parents shall use the observation room for viewing only. Please do not talk to your child from the viewing room, as it is a distraction and a safety hazard for all the children participating in the class.

Medical Treatment

In the event your child as an incident, the staff of Golden Gymnastics can only administer basic first aid. Participants requiring more than basic first aid shall be transported by ambulance unless otherwise requested by a parent or other legal guardian at that time.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Please be respectful of your child’s instructors. Do not drop off your child more than 10 minutes prior to class starting time and be on time to pick your child up after class. All participants must wait inside the building until their parent, legal guardian, or other appointed person picks them up.

Equipment

No participant, family member, or friend is allowed on any of the equipment, at any time without Golden Gymnastics instruction supervision.

Annual Registration Fee

Golden Gymnastics has an annual registration fee. Our fee is $75 per year for the first child, and $140 for families. This fee is nonrefundable and renewed every August and is prorated throughout the year.

Refunds

At Golden Gymnastics we are confident that your child will have a positive experience but if you choose to leave one of our programs, we do not offer refunds or credits.

Proration of Tuition

Golden Gymnastics does not prorate tuition, except when you first start! If you miss a class, you are still responsible for the full month’s tuition.

Enrollment and Withdraw

Golden Gymnastics will automatically re-enroll your child in their current program’s class for each new session, unless a proper withdraw form is tuned into Golden Gymnastics. Withdraw forms can be found at the front desk. All withdraw forms must be received 10 days prior to the start of the new month. Withdraw forms received after the 10- day deadline will be subject to payment in full for the upcoming month.

Tuition

Golden Gymnastics runs month to month on all recreational classes. Tuition for each session is charged on the first day of each month, due by the 10th. Tuition is payable by cash, check, debit or credit. All team levels are billed on a monthly installment based off of a 48-week yearly calendar. Tuition for team level classes are due on the first day of each new month.

Late Fee

Golden Gymnastics reserves the right to assess a $25.00 late fee to any account with a past due balance, and further at its discretion remove a child from class and refuse to perform services until payment in full is rendered.

Forms of Payment

Accepted forms of payment are credit card or cash. No checks will be collected. It is recommended for recreational classes to set up automatic payments.
