Our Coaches
Emma Slifka
Girls Team Gymnastics Coach
I am thrilled to join the team with over 5 years of gymnastics and cheer coaching experience. In those years I have developed a passion for watching athletes grow and feel lucky to be a part of their journey! I spent 13 years dedicated to gymnastics, including 10 years in the competitive world, before attending Iowa State University, where I continued my love for "flipping around" as a collegiate cheerleader.
My favorite part of coaching is seeing athletes overcome their fears and getting to watch them build lifelong friendships along the way.
Originally from Iowa, I moved to beautiful Colorado to enjoy hiking, skiing, and all things outdoors!
Stephanie Siepker
Girls Team Gymnastics Coach
Gymnastics has been part of my life since I was born. It started with the little gym where my mother taught class. I went into competition gymnastics as I got older, and I competed for both Chatfield Gymnastics and Green Mountain High School. After high school I took a break to cut hair and settle into motherhood. I became a coach after both my children started gymnastics this year. I love being a coach and it has been a great experience teaching kids the skills I learned as a child.

Participating in a recreational gymnastics class offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals to explore the fundamentals of gymnastics in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. These classes focus on skill development, flexibility, and overall fitness, providing a solid foundation for gymnastics. On the other hand, being part of a gymnastics team takes the experience to a higher level. Team members work intensively to refine their skills and routines, often with the goal of competing. Being on a team fosters camaraderie, discipline, and commitment as athletes train rigorously to excel in competitions. While recreational classes encourage a broad understanding of gymnastics, being on a team propels participants toward advanced techniques and a deeper engagement with the sport's competitive aspects.
