Do you have a passion for gymnastics and love working with children? Golden Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable Girls Recreational & Preschool Coach to join our growing team! If you're positive, encouraging, and excited about helping young athletes build confidence while learning new skills, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Coach recreational and preschool gymnastics classes using our established curriculum.
Lead fun, safe, and engaging practices focused on age-appropriate skill development and technique.
Create a positive learning environment that builds confidence, teamwork, and a love for gymnastics.
Provide encouragement, constructive feedback, and individualized instruction to students.
Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and class expectations.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed during every class.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the recreational program as needed.
Attend weekly curriculum and staff training meetings.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience coaching gymnastics, teaching, or working with children is preferred.
Girls gymnastics experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable interacting with and educating parents.
Knowledge of gymnastics technique, body mechanics, or child development is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
Reliable, professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
