Preschool Coaches

  • Grace O'Brien

My name is Grace; gymnastics has been a huge part of my life with over 10 years of gymnastics experience. I got into gymnastics young and immediately fell in love with the sport. Outside of the gym I spend most of my time outside doing activities with my dog, Frankie. We both grew up in Colorado and love exploring. I am very excited to join the Golden Gymnastics team and share my skills.

  • Stephanie Peschong

Gymnastics has been part of my life since I was born. It started with the little gym where my mother taught class. I went into competition gymnastics as I got older, and I competed for both Chatfield Gymnastics and Green Mountain High School. After high school I took a break to cut hair and settle into motherhood. I became a coach after both my children started gymnastics this year. I love being a coach and it has been a great experience teaching kids the skills I learned as a child.

  • Emily (Milly) Cogen

Milly Cogen has been a recreational gymnastics instructor for over 10 years. She taught previously at Spirit Gymnastics in Saint Paul, Minnesota and Reflex Gymnastics in Orlando, Florida. A countless number of students, classes, summer camps, open gyms, birthday parties, field trips, and other types of boundless fun have taught her that this work will be lifelong. She was excited to make Golden Gymnastics her new gym home in 2024.

  • Children should wear a comfortable and fitted leotard or gymnastics attire that allows for unrestricted movement during gymnastics classes.

  • Clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in!

  • To enroll in our recreation classes, simply complete the form provided on our website. For those interested in our teams, trials are necessary, and once selected, ongoing communication will ensure a seamless and successful gymnastics journey.

  • Parents will be very hands-on during this class and will actively assist their child throughout each activity. Parents will help guide, support, and spot skills such as log rolls, rolls, bars, beam, and more. Parent and child will remain hand-in-hand for the entire class.

  • That is perfectly okay! At this age, we focus on body movement, engagement, sensory exploration, balance, and skills such as breaking the horizontal line. We understand that attention spans are short at this stage, so we remain flexible and adjust activities as needed to best support each child.
