Golden Gymnastics
Our Pandas
Class is for first time gymnasts. This class is structured to provide the
pre-schooler with basic skills of gymnastics, strength, and flexibility. While
incorporating structured fun & games, these gymnasts will experiment and
learn basic skills on various equipment. In addition your child will gain
coordination, self confidence and listening skills in a challenging &
exciting environment. This class is for girls and boys ranging in ages of 3
years to 5 years.
Our Beginners Class is a preliminary class for first time gymnasts
to assist them in acquiring basic skill of gymnastics, agility and flexibility.
This class will provide the student with basic knowledge of all four disciplines
of women's artistic gymnastics. This class is for student ranging in ages of 6
years through 13 years. Students may attend clases 1-3 times per
week.
Our Advanced Beginners Class is structured to continue building on basic
skill progressions and provide the student with more knowledge of all four disciplines of
women's artistic gymnastics. This class is for student ranging in ages of 6 years through
13 years and meets once per week.
Our Intermediate Class is structured to review basic skill
progressions and provide the student with more advanced knowledge of all four
disciplines of women's artistic gymnastics. This class is for student ranging in
ages of 6 years through 13 years. Students may attend classes 1-3 times per
week.
Our Advanced Class is structured to develop the skills necessary
for advancement onto our Pre-Team program. This class is for student ranging in
ages of 6 years through 13 years. It is recommended that students attend classes
2 times per week.
Our High
School Class is structured for older gymnasts who are looking to work out
with kids their own age. These gymnasts range from beginner to advanced level.
The classes are based on each individual gymnast, according to their
capabilities.
Competitive High School - Tired of Club gymnastics but still want to remain competitive for your High School Team? This class is for you. It is designed for intermediate to very advanced gymnasts who want to compete in gymnastics for their high school team. Skills work and routine construction follow the NFHSA Girls Gymnastics Rules which are used by the CHSAA Girls Gymnastics program.
Our
Cheers Tumble Class This class is is designed to teach basic to advanced level tumbling skills for
Cheerleading. Students range from beginner to advanced level and the classes are based on each individual student
according to their capabilities. Ages 9 years and older.
Our Hot
Shots Program was created to recognize an early gymnastic potential and to
gear the gymnast towards a more competitive environment. Instructors hand pick
gymnasts from the other pre-school classes to participate in the Hot Shots
Program. This class is for girls ranging in ages of 4 years to 8 years old.
Our Pre Team/Level 4
is for the intermediate/advanced student entering the team level. This class requires instructor's consent before enrolling
in the class. Other costs include USA Gymnastics Membership, uniforms, team fees, travel fees and meet fees.
These fees and other
information will be discussed in the Golden Gymnastics Girl's Team Handbook
. This class is for girls ranging in ages of 6 years to 10 years old.
Our Girl's Level 5's
is for the student at the team level. This class requires instructor's
consent before enrolling in the class. Other costs include USA Gymnastics
Membership, uniforms, team fees, travel fees and meet fees. These fees and other
information will be discussed in the Golden Gymnastics Girl's Team Handbook
.
Our Girl's Level 6's is for the student continuing gymastics at the team
level. This class requires instructor's consent before enrolling in the class.
Other costs include USA Gymnastics Membership, uniforms, team fees, travel fees
and meet fees. These fees will be discussed in the Golden Gymnastics
Girl's Team Handbook .
Our Girl's Level 7's is the beginning modified optional level. This
class requires instructor's consent before enrolling in the class. Other costs
include USA Gymnastics Membership, uniforms, team fees, travel fees, meet fees
and individualized choreography. These fees and other information will be
discussed in the Golden Gymnastics Girl's Team Handbook.
Our Girl's Optional Program is for the student continuing
gymastics at the team optional level. This class requires instructor's consent
before enrolling in the class. This class is for the gymnast at the Level 8, 9
& 10 competetive levels. Other costs include USA Gymnastics Membership,
uniforms, team fees, travel fees, meet fees and individualized choreography.
